As every wedding is different, we are flexible in our approach. It's your wedding.
Let us be there to help guide you through the preparations before your big day leaving you without the stress on the day.

Event Manager
For all your event management needs, we have a dedicated team of professionals to manage your event, taking all the stress away from you. We arrive early for setting up the event and have the skills to manage every aspect necessary.

Bar & Waiting Staff
We can offer you dedicated bar or waiting staff to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day.
From front of house staff to event teams we have the right staff for you, let us take the stress out of your event.
You can add additional hours as you require after consultation.

Security & Stewards
We can offer you dedicated SIA security staff & stewards to assist with your function, so it runs smoothly on the day. We have years of experience and have the right person for your event who will go above and beyond to make your function safe and enjoyable.

Excellent and professional service
We had Richard and his team to help set up and serve at our son's wedding last week. We could not recommend them more highly. They were thoughtful and attentive to our plan and our needs, and went above and beyond. They worked so hard to make the place look beautiful, and everything was served with care and style, and all the details were attended to. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful and their communication was excellent. They helped keep us on track throughout the day, and they helped the whole day run so smoothly. We are very happy and satisfied customers, and we hope to be able to work withy them again one day!
Seamless, professional service
We booked SA Events to run a bar for our wedding party and were very pleased with Richard and his team. Before the event communication was good and all the details were finalised so on the day everything went very smoothly. Richard is organised, professional and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble and he had good suggestions for how best to organise things, timings, etc. We are very grateful that the team also tidied up after the event so we didn't have much to do at all the morning after!
Best decision we made for our wedding!
S.A. events thought of EVERYTHING to keep our wedding running smoothly - from moving furniture to pouring reception drinks, from providing beautiful knives to cut our cake to dishing it up as slices for guests a little later. Excellent service
From start to finish Richard has been professional, calm, helpful and efficient. From his communication in the planning stage, right the way through to leaving, I can’t fault the service we’ve received from SA Events. Richard and team arrived 30 mins early. Richard immediately took any stresses and concerns I had away. Nothing is too much trouble, nothing phases him. He and his team worked so hard in such a friendly manner. Top marks for a super service!
Outstanding care
Well where do I start with my praise for Richard & Adrian, except to say they were amazing! Richard was in touch regularly to make sure he understood & could co-ordinate my birthday. They arrived early with everything noted, & gave helpful suggestions. They helped us set up then took over the event completely so I could just enjoy myself. Everyone knew that Richard was in control, & our guests loved them too. They welcomed our guests, helped all the entertainers, they sorted out the parking, & kept everything running smoothly. They continued to clear up for us & saw all staff & guests safely out. We want to hold another event just so we can have Richard & Adrian run it for us. We can’t rate them highly enough. Thank you. see you again
