Everyone remembers a good party and that’s what Saunts is all about. Combining her passion for entertaining with her background in outside catering, Lesley Mercer launched Saunts in 2004 and is now one of the leading caterers in the north.

Saunts is a bespoke event company that provides top quality catering to a wide range of parties and events.

Lesley has over 30 year’s experience organising events at prestigious venues including London’s Science Museum and Kensington Palace. In addition, Lesley worked for a couple of years as Operations Director for Leiths, one of the best-known party companies in the business.

Today, the Saunts team focuses on bespoke catering for weddings, private functions, corporate hospitality and exclusive contracts at city venues.
