I am a sole trader and the proud owner of a small business enterprise - Seanio's is my mobile catering trailer. I would like to apply for the opportunity to trade at your forthcoming events that you may have scheduled. My main offering is speciality coffee, tea, hot chocolate, Panini's and fresh fruit smoothies. I can also provide burgers, hot dogs, jacket potatoes and breakfast muffins if requested
My photo's and power point presentation and other supporting documents describing my catering trailer which I use at events are available upon request. I think my business enterprise could be an asset to your events and be an excellent service provider, with a good product mix, an attractive trailer, good value for money and outstanding levels of customer service.
Measurements of my trailer are 14 feet long x 5 feet wide x 10 feet high.
Please keep me in my mind and if I can have the opportunity to offer my catering services at your event, I would be delighted to do so. I am registered with the National Catering Association (NCASS) and always try to uphold their excellent standards in my working practice.

Secured Sean's services for a charity event we were running, communication was excellent, very organised very friendly with a great selection of food and hot drinks! Was a pleasure to work with and will certainly look forward to working with him again in the future!

Seans caravan is spotlessly clean, he is very friendly and helpful. His food is of the best quality and during the event I received several comments from the public who said they had enjoyed what they had purchased from his van. I also samples one of his bacon sandwiches which was lovely. I would highly recommend him to any event organisers.

Great communication beforehand. Sean is a really friendly guy, and we had several comments from people saying that he added to the vibe of our event. Food was great, simple and very tasty, one guy had at least 3 double bacon cheeseburgers in a day! Paninis were also very tasty (I can attest to this myself.) Communication was excellent in the run up to the event, he arrived on time and people were never left queing for too long. Feedback from our attendee survey has also been very good. We'd certainly use him again, and if we're able to we will. Would highly recommend Seanio's panini van.
