Sear Events

Sear Events are an absolutely wonderful wedding and private catering company based in South Oxfordshire. Serving up their delicious canapés and sharing plates for a huge range of different events, from private dinner parties to large weddings.

Sear brings together modern techniques combined with the traditional method of live fire cooking. Using their custom built Argentinian asado & chappa barbecue and their 'kitchen on wheels' they always strive to deliver great flavours.

Their continuous journey to bring the people they serve the best produce possible is at the heart of everything they do. They draw flavour influences from around the world, put their own twist on it and put it over fire.

The team specialise in live fire cooking over natural lump wood, creating an incredible depth of flavour! If you simply need them to cook out of a kitchen though, that's no problem whatsoever and they can make it work.
