About Seasalt & Relish
Most of the food I create is delicately flavoured with sea salt and the accompaniments, made from fruits and vegetables, foraged and sourced locally, creating my own relishes.
My speciality is providing a Great British Menu, a 'proper' Sunday Roasts, combining all the traditional flavours and accompaniments in a delicate bread roll. I want you to be able to experience all the delicious flavours of a roast dinner, in every bite of my lovingly prepared food.
Wherever possible, the ingredients are carefully selected, and locally sourced so the finest quality is delivered to you, with the aim, of 'gourmet food, you can eat on your feet.
The Slow-roasted Hog, is pre-seasoned with my 'secret' rub, before being slow-cooked for 8+ hours, in Kentish Cider, then gently pulled in its cooking juices, served with homemade sea salted roast crackling, Bramley Apple Relish and roasted sage stuffing.
The 'Pot-Roasted Beef' is rested for 24 hours, in my own blended seasoning, bringing out the intense flavour, then pot-roasted for 12 hours. To complement the beef, it is served with my speciality root-vegetable crisps, lambs lettuce and my own home-grown horseradish-mayonnaise.
For private events, we can serve our delicious menus from my shiny replica Airstream Catering trailer, which was carefully planned, designed and built to my exact specification, keeping the design sleek and versatile to enable me to be able to adapt the van to suit your special occasion, whether it's a wedding, milestone birthday party, christening, funeral or a corporate event.
