We offer a wide range of menu options and specialize in dishes from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardinia, my birthplace and job growth. I also graduated from the best Italian cooking school where the famous and historic Maestro Gualtiero Marchesi was its Rector. .In the years I worked in Michelin restaurants in Italy. Finally, with years of experience in Europe, I acquired qualities and experiences in British, Spanish and French cuisine.
