We have built up a reputable reputation in providing first class vehicles for many events over the years from village fetes, classic car shows, major horse race events, steam rallies, major music and carnival events and many more

Very disappointing - completely let down
They didn’t attend my event. I checked with them 24 hours prior to the booking and they claimed the booking hadn’t been “fully” confirmed. Won’t consider them again.
Brilliant service
Caroline from Mr. Whippy Ice Cream was here at our Mayday Celebration in good time and was pleasant and friendly , also the ice cream was delicious . We had really heavy rain later on but she still kept serving . Brilliant

They cancelled our booking!
From the time I accepted Mr Whippi as our provider, the communication from them was terrible. I emailed, left messages via here and on facebook and left telephone messages, asking them to send written confirmation of the booking. With just over a week to go before our event they messaged to say they were overbooked and couldn't do it. We were a small event and they said they had festivals booked. Not very helpful and poor customer service.
Couldn't have asked for better
Professional, Reliable and very friendly. Looking forward to working with Mr Whippi even more throughout the summer
