About Signor Arancini
My speciality is arancini - homemade, deep-fried risotto balls. I sell lots of different flavours and fillings such as wild mushroom and thyme, sundried tomato and basil, saffron, pancetta and mozzarella, pork and beef ragu and saffron, spinach and mozzarella. I also sell other Italian treats such as fried calamari, parmesan fries and fries topped with homemade ragu.
I trade at all sorts of events from parties and gigs to beer festivals, Christmas markets and weddings.
I run the business with my partner Emma (although she has a full-time job as well!) and I'm available during the week and at weekends. I hold a 5-star food hygiene rating.
Typical Clients
I provide mobile Italian street food for all types of events. I have a wealth of experience both in mobile catering and in the hospitality industry.
