We have been based in the award-winning St Georges Market Belfast since 2002 as SIZZLE & ROLL.

Our outdoor catering BBQ set up has been established using our trusted suppliers to provide quality fresh products every week.

All our 6oz Gourmet burgers are direct from a local farm and made to our specification, served with various toppings and a fresh-baked bun from another local bakery.

We offer other meats such as our Piri Piri Marinated Fillets, Jumbo Hotdogs, and then our slow-smoked wings, drumsticks, or our overnight slow-smoked brisket.

Our sides are prepared fresh for your guests from hot marinated potatoes to Mediterranean side salads.

We pride ourselves in having a very relaxed and informal approach however professional. It's YOUR Wedding, It's YOUR Party or Corporate Lunch.

We cater for you, we interact with your guests, fully approachable from day one. Allowing you to adjust your menus and quantity of products to suit your budget not being forced to take packages.
