Slice Of Fire Neapolitan Pizza Company has been serving authentic Neapolitan sourdough pizza since 2018.
IT`S NOT OUR JOB – IT`S OUR PASSION !!!
All our pizzas are handmade with min. 48 hours double-proofed, Neapolitan best mix of flour dough, pre-fermented – that`s why We are proudly serving super light, airy and easy-to-digest 12-inch pizza. We also use only the finest, imported Italian ingredients like – San Marzano Vesuvian tomatoes, Fior di Latte mozzarella, Extra Virgin Olive oil and many, many more!!!
All baked in dome ovens in min. 470C for less than 90 sec to create perfect flavour and fragrance in front of your guests.
We can make min 60 pizzas per hour!!!
We are offering all of this to hire, including our beautiful Airstream, friendly staff, service and mouth-watering Menu prepare by our experienced pizzaiolo`s.
We offer also dessert, salads and many extras to fullfill your requirements.
We operate mostly in Lancashire, Cheshire, Yorkshire & Derbyshire however can cover any other places!!!

Booked slice of pizza after finding them on add to event. Was the 1st quote that i received. Compared it to other quotes and slice of pizza came out tops. They communicated well at all stages of planning. Provided a good and varied menu and for what I received was extremely good value for money. Polite, friendly staff , I would recommend using this company to anyone putting on an event. And , the pizza was AMAZING!!! Thanks again guys

Wow wow wow. One of the best pizzas I have evere tried. Fantastic , quick service. Guys very skilled and experianced - watching them in action was extra entertainment for my quests. , very helpfull with everything with a big smile on face. Beautiful trailer, especially in the dark with all lights on. Once again - pizza was out of this world- very light with very fresh and original ingredients, baked very fast in 2 real fire ovens. We have choosen 4 different on our buffet style - all 4 delicious!!!! Thank you guys for everything and see you for sure next time. Highly recomended Slice Of Fire Neapolitan Pizza as guys doing great job!!!! After few bad experiances before this time we are 110% satisfied.
