Specialists in smoked meats and southern U.S street foods. Our pit masters can tailor a menu to your specific needs. As well as offering this, we can supply a pop-up bar with a wide range of beers, spirits and wine. As an incentive we can wave the hire fee if a certain (discussed) revenue is met.
We have a food truck that can drive to the location you desire it to be and provide food from the truck itself.
