Curteous, helpful, accommodating and honest...Would certainly book again on the next occasion. Ross was very friendly, gave us all the necessary advice. Equipment worked perfectly. We had a slight hitch on firing one of the burners. Ross responded immediately, giving us advice. and resolved the issue on the phone. Ross was away on a personnal celebration, but was prepared to come straight away and sort it out if we failed to ignite it. I would strongly recommend the hiring of the hog roast machine for any celebration. Economical, very simple to operate and great fun. Well done Ross at Smokin'Joe.
