At Smokin’ Lotus there are a few things I will not compromise on – the quality of meat and the techniques I use to cook it.
The smoker: I primarily cook on a Cookshack SM160 smoker, a top of the range smoker known for its precision cooking and outstanding results. I use a variety of woods and aromatics tailored specifically to the type of meat I’m cooking at the time.
