SmoKings is a new concept of "food truck". Besides the ancestral design of the vehicle, a steam locomotive smoking oven, which is an attraction itself, the company’s objective is to offer an exclusive menu.

As the barbecue is a world-known dish, appreciated by different cultures and people, SmoKings menu is aligned with the most exquisite palates. Its range of products includes beef brisket and rump steak, as well as pork shoulder and pulled pork, all smoked for around 6 hours using special firewood such as hickory, oak, cherry and apple to give the meat a unique flavour, all served in a freshly baked crunch bread and topped with exclusives sauces.
