Award Winning Small Batch Craft Sausages, specifically designed for low and slow cooking.
Not many caterers make their own sausages, not many caterers have a hospitality background either.
We are a small business making some of the best and most technical craft sausages you've ever seen.
What is a craft sausage?
We pride ourselves on making everything from scratch, that means no nasties, no packet mixes and no nasty bits from the trim bucket.
Our sausages contain more meat content than most available, we use only the freshest ingredients to make our sausages and believe in utilising as much of the animal as possible in our products.
Each sausage is hand tied and twisted to make sure there is no air gaps making a really plump sausage.
With a naturally bound product this deserves gentle cooking as this allows all the ingredients and meat to essentially confit inside its own skin, this is why smoking and bbq is good for these types of sausages as they utilise lower temperatures to cook food.
