Sourdough Ted

We provide both buffet and festival-style service from our 3x3m gazebo and 3 mighty Gozney Roccbox ovens. We craft handmade sourdough (with our sourdough starter - Ted!) into Neapolitan-style pizzas. Proved for over 24 hours and cooked within 90 seconds at 500°C, our pizzas come alive in the oven - creating those authentic puffy crusts.

We have a wide range of pizza ideas for your event. We will, together, create a bespoke menu for you and your guests to enjoy. We can also provide tasty salads, focaccias, and other baked sourdough goodies for your event.

In the past, we have catered weddings, birthday parties, corporate events, and festivals.
