All our Hot Tubs are professionally delivered, installed and collected free of charge. We will explain how to safely set up and use your tub and are available to answer any questions whenever you need us. Our standard hire periods are for 7 days (Thursday to Thursday). If your property is within one of the following postcode areas, then delivery is free of charge. CM / CM / RM / SG / CO / AL. Properties outside this area will be subject to an additional delivery fee.

Access & Delivery Requirements
All our Hire Hot Tubs require adequate access. Access required is on level ground with adequate width and height clearance.

We need a minimum width access of 95cm for Vega models and 85cm for Portia Models and 210cm height clearance to be able to get the hot tub into position.

When placing a booking, we will run through dimensions and access requirements for installation. At this point we require a video and photos to be sent via WhatsApp or Email, showing your access for us to assess viability.

Deposit

A £150 security deposit will be required in addition to the hire fee. We will inspect the hot tub on delivery noting down any marks and comments, these will be shared with yourself. We will inspect the hot tub on collection and a full deposit refund will be provided, on condition that the tub has not been damaged, stolen or misused. Deposits will be refunded to the account in which the initial payment was made. For non cash deposits, the time taken for funds to reach your account depends on the banks terms and conditions and the payment method.
