Absolutely outstanding! Highly recommend
We had the most stunning balloons provided by Spotted Zebra for our engagement party. The balloons were perfect and really good value for money. Communication was excellent and the balloons were all set up at the venue and delivered there exactly as agreed. Would 100% recommend.
