Steel Smoking

Steel smoking is our obsession.
Delivering honest food with incredible flavours, using only the finest local produce, is for us, what cooking is all about.
We cater to all events no matter how big or small. We have a fleet of smokers, one of them is 16 ft long and is capable of producing over 1000 covers in a single smoke.
Our main bookings tend to be meat based, however we have been working hard over the last few years to create a vegetarian and vegan menu so everyone can enjoy our amazing smoked flavours.
