I only use fresh products which are traceable where I can depending on time constraints and dietary requirements. 90% of my food is guaranteed homemade.

I provide menu choices for you to pick I can if you wish do requests provided they are reasonable.
Everything is made to a high standard and hygienically.

I will only cater to up to 100 depending on what you are after. I prefer smaller more niche personalized events to give the best service and quality every time.

I will cook clean and wash up when finished.

I'm a fully qualified Professional Chef for over 14 years.
