We do not use any ingredients that are full of nasty chemicals or additives & we care about every dish that leaves the kitchen.
Great ingredients don’t need to be over complicated; we just love to put honest, seasonal & tasty food on a plate. It might be a canape reception, more formal food, a splendiferously different dessert or afternoon tea, or why not go for Low ‘n’ slow applewood smoked pulled pork, soft flour rolls & homemade sticky BBQ sauce & deli slaw? The choice is endless….

For 30 years I have been a chef, the last 20yrs as Head or Exec at venues and events such as The Etihad Stadium, The London 2012 Olympics, The Emirates Stadium, Wembley Stadium, Ascot Racecourse, Goodwood Racecourse & Motor Circuit, Chelsea, Hampton Court & Tatton Park Flower Shows, 3 British Open Golf’s & a couple of Welsh Open’s, just to name a few.. Roughly counting so far, it’s about 18 million meals served. So whether it is Hospitality, Directors Dining or something more relaxed, I love cooking it.
