Our business started when customers from our Butchers and Food Hall asked us to cater for their charity clay pigeon shoot. They wanted a BBQ and rotisserie equipped with all the trimmings. Since then we have gone from strength to strength and now, not only do we cater and plan for weddings but also for cooperate events as well.
Part of the reason why we have been so successful in this field is due to our adaptive and flexible approach. From the start we are able to use our unique quoting system which lets you build your event from the bottom-up and it lets you see exactly what we can offer you with your budget in mind with ease.
We are able to be like this as all our food is cooked fresh onsite with local ingredients which enables us to know exactly what goes into our dishes and also lets us create a unique experience for all.
