We have a large wood fired pizza oven that can keep up with demand at busy events and pride ourselves on using only the finest Italian and where possible local ingredients. We can also provide a selection of side dishes if required.
The trailer is generator free, using 12V lighting topped up via a solar panel and uses LPG appliances.
We have a food hygiene rating of 5.
