Wonderful service

Alan was brilliant. Arrived on time and kept the kids entertained, which wasn't easy as they were all very excited! He was patient, and went around to the kids individually creating balloon animals, magic tricks, a mini disco. Thoroughly enjoyed by all.

Again I am so sorry I was unable to get there on time. I was doing another party in Preston in the morning and should have been able to get to you in about 1 hour that's way I was able to take the booking on. I wasn't to know that they had closed the M62 down for Bridge repairs so the only way was well over 2 hours. I released you were not happy about it and I wasn't either but it was beyond my control. I got that as quick as I could . Sorry again
