While recalling the family of the arancini, the supplì tends to be smaller in size and surprisingly rich in every bite. The tasteful sauce is well blended inside and not only placed in the center; resulting in a flavourful and substantial snack with an inner heart of melting cheese.

All our ingredients are sourced locally or made in Italy, and every component of our supplì are hand-made by our chefs.

The services we offer are delivery of ready-to-fry supplì or a turnkey service, which consists of coming to you location with supplì, fryers (electric and gas as required) and if needed our full setup with gazebo, kitchen equipment and folding tables.

We attended street food festivals (i.e. Urban Food Fest in Shoreditch) as well as organized private events
