About Sweet Amy’s

Sweet Amy’s is a professional family-run pop-up shop/gazebo Bubble Tea, Waffle & Cake business. We have been baking for over 20 years and are obsessed with Bubble Tea so thought we would combine the two! They both complement each other well, a delicious sweet drink with Boba with a tasty mouthwatering Belgian waffle with all the toppings.

We also make cake in a cup at your request which is layers of soft spongy cake, cream, and fillings, and topped with a crumble, chocolate or caramelised fruit. Amazing show stopper for any event bubble tea has become more and more popular. It’s definitely one that should be tried and tested as they are bursting with flavours, and you will be amazed by how your taste buds react!

Hi my name is Amy and I am a passionate baker and have a love for Bubble Tea, I have travelled over the world and have a mixed heritage that drew me towards trying different flavours. I decided a Market stall is the beginning of our journey as we get to move around different places and meet all sorts of people, which we love.

We pride ourselves in having a professional and friendly set-up with eye-catching and delicious flavours.
