Mobile Gourmet Burger, Nacho & Baked Potato Bar
Award winning food specialising Individually hand made gourmet burgers topped with my award winning sweet chilli con carne, mature grated cheese, jalapenoes, nachos and fresh coriander or homemade red slaw, rocket, lettuce, cucumber, vine ripened tomatoes, mature grated cheese & nachos.

Baked Potatoes & Nachos with a choice of toppings available with options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free available as standard.
Profiterole Towers drizzled with chocolate & fruit sauces and cupcake bouquets are also available with the Burger Bar to dot about the tables thus eliminating the need and added expense for separate desserts.
Hog Roasts cooked low & slow over proper wood/charcoal fire.

Mrs Slocombe’s Bull at a Gate Cookery - New book due to be released in 2019, includes a few celebs that have kindly let me feature them, humour, funny memoirs from my days as a beef farmer, sections include, 7 drunken nights (alcohol recipes) grandma’s kitchen, life on the veg, feasts for a gathering and Mrs Slocombe’s Pantry and more.

Excellent service
From first contact we were impressed with this company. Everything was just as we imagined it to be and more! Professional, dependable, great communication, and the food - wow! Great variety of different options. Yummy desserts beautifully displayed, we were so impressed. It was an amazing experience, great couple, great service. Most definitely highly recommended!
Great for an informal meal
On the whole we were pleased with the food provided, especially the main course, which was very tender beef, full of beautiful flavours, which had obviously been slow cooked with care. However, the starters I feel would have been better served hot as the crispy beef was very chewy cold & therefore not so appetizing. The napkins were too thin & gave the wrong impression of the meal you were about to eat. Both Tracey & her partner were very professional & unobtrusive throughout the whole meal, & left the kitchen clean & tidy. Would I recommend sweet chilli beef company ? Yes I would as I feel any negative comments I have mentioned could be easily rectified .
Excellent service.
Tracey provided the catering for our small wedding informal wedding reception. The food was plentiful and guests ( and ourselves ) all commented on the quality. It was varied, tasty and catered more than adequately for different dietary needs - vegetarian, gluten free and meat eaters. Tracey also made a beautiful and much appreciated wedding cake - fruit base and second sponge layer. The food was attractively arranged/ displayed on our din8ng room table and much Care and attention given to the presentation. Tracey and her husband remained at our house until we confirmed we were completely satisfied. Well done and would highly recommend.

buffet was very nice with some lovely homemade scotch eggs and crispy beef with sweet chilli sauce amongst other things. Also a very nice touch getting the kids to pipe their own designs onto “cheesy feet” pastrys and decorating cakes all whilst the buffet was being laid out! Very impressed and would definitely use again! Thank you for a great buffet!
