Born and raised in Madrid, Adrián’s passion for cooking took shape. Honing his skills in some of Spain’s most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, mastering the art of fine dining and the rich traditions of Spanish cuisine. In pursuit of new challenges and experiences, Adrián moved to England, continuing to refine skills working in luxury hotels to broaden his culinary repertoire. When the world changed during the lockdown, Adrián saw an opportunity to bring a taste of home to the streets of England in a creative and unique way.

He purchased and along with support from his family converted an old ambulance into Tapas Zampa! A fabulous travelling tapas truck offering authentic Spanish dishes, blending traditional flavours with a modern twist Today, Tapas Zampa is beloved by food enthusiasts for its high-quality, flavourful tapas and the unmistakable charm of Spanish hospitality. Adrián and his team are excited to continue this journey, bringing the taste of Madrid to events across the midlands and further afield.
