Our style of food is influenced by many regions. Low and slow-smoked brisket from Texas through to deep south Jambalaya. Cured and smoked sausage influenced by regions such as Poland and Hungary through to smoked Turkey and pulled pork from the States and Mexico.

All served from our bespoke made smokehouse bbq trailer which can be transported anywhere desired,

We cover all events from private hire at your home to catering at any outdoor event.

We can supply anything from a full smokehouse experience with an array of our smoked meats including our soon-to-be famous smokehouse platter or we can design a bespoke menu for your event based on requirements.
