The differentiated quality of our equipment and ingredients are the foundation of what we do. Having trained to Michelin star level in Southwestern France in the 1990s and being unhappy with the standard of mobile catering during various events and tv shoots - we set about changing it!
We have the most agile commercial kitchen capable of serving 80ppl across all diets and allergies at 48 hours' notice.
