We supply fine china in a range of patterns, colours and styles for all your party needs. It's not just afternoon teas that need to look elegant, lunches, buffets and similar can receive the vintage look to charm your guests.
We have tea/coffee cups, saucers, tea plates, sugar bowls, jugs, one, 2 and 3-tier cake stands, cake plates and platters, tea/coffee pots. We also have dinner plates, salad/dessert plates, bowls, oval platters and vegetable dishes. Accessories to complete the effect can be supplied such as tea knives, pastry forks, teaspoons, tablecloths, hessian runners, bunting, mini easel blackboards, Pimms jugs etc.
All of our china is supplied ready to use, packed in dedicated crockery transport boxes to minimise any damage in transit. And for the return, everything supplied needs to be returned unwashed for it to be hand washed here. What's not to like?
No job is too small and we are happy to supply up to 500 trios for one party.
We would really like you to visit to see and choose your items, but if you are too busy, we will choose for you if you let us know if you have a theme such as a colour scheme.
We do need payment in advance as well as a damage deposit which is returned within 48 hours of the safe return of the items supplied. There are discounts for quantity or we can quote for a complete package. Just ask for more information.
We can provide catering for afternoon teas as we work in collaboration with a local catering company. Sandwiches, homemade scones and cakes are on the menu. If you have dietary requirements, we can include that too.

I highly recommend Mary - she is amazing!
Mary from Tea Potty Party is the most lovely, organised and kind person. She knows all the vintage designs by name and really listened to what I needed for the large 21st party that I organised. Her crockery comes in named crates and everything wrapped in bubble wrap to ensure all hired teapots/teacups/saucers etc arrive safely. I highly recommend Mary and will definitely be calling again for any future event if I need Vintage crockery.

Mary made helpful suggestions when ordering and made sure I didn’t forget anything. The fine bone china tea service for 24 people was easy to unpack and absolutely gorgeous!
