When we make burgers its from the best rump and we seal it in the kamodo bbq then mince it ourselves.

When we use a spice its our own as we have a commercial dehydration unit to dry peppers, garlic, onions etc then blend it all in our commercial grinder to make what we call meat magic. No preservitive, no fillers, no rubbish

Our ice cream is made 1 litre at a time using milk and cream from the Isle of Jersy.

We source all our products from eco-friendly suppliers
