We make delicious home-made Thai food, serving it out of our beautifully converted and strikingly decorated 1957 split-screen Citroen H Van or one of our great looking gazebo units. We work at festivals, events and markets, as well as doing weddings, parties, corporate functions and many other types of event. Based in Brighton, we travel all over the South of the UK.
As well as classic Thai curry and noodles dishes, we specialise in Thai salads and BBQ/griddle dishes, as well as some of our own food and drink creations. We can also turn our woks to other Asian cuisine, including Indian, Sri Lankan, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Korean and Japanese. We are passionate about what we do, and about the quality of both the product and the experience of buying from us.
Typical Clients
We do a lot of wedding and private parties, from formal table service to a more relaxed festival vibe. And talking of festivals, we do some of the biggest in the UK - Glastonbury, WOMAD, plus a few more local to our base in Sussex, along with other events such as the British F1GP, Goodwood Festival of Speed many more.

Thoroughly enjoyed by our guests!
Communication with Nic was great right from the start. He was extremely helpful and professional, and exceeded our brief! The guests really enjoyed the food, and the speedy service - and, though I don't usually find time to eat during our events, I made time to try the Pad Thai and I can honestly say, it was one of the best I've ever had, and the portion size was great! We'll definitely look forward to having Nic and his team back again at a future event!

Best Pad Thai ever!
Nic’s food is incredible, his communication before, timings and most importantly the food were brilliant. Every single guest raved about the food, the pad Thai is the best I have had outside of Thailand. We would not hesitate to recommend or use him again! What an amazing night - thank you Thai Angle for making it perfect.
Couldn't be happier with our choice
We used ThaiAngle for our wedding, from canapés to evening food and we could not be happier with our choice. We wanted something different and not traditional for our wedding food as most love Thai food. Nic was great from start and very helpful with choosing and building the menu. He was very flexible and patient, especially when had to deal with special dietary requirements. He and his team did a brilliant job! The food on the day was AMAZING! Our guests absolutely loved the food, we ordered more than required but wasn't necessary! We definitely recommend Thai angle for a big day event!
