Thames Rockets are ready and waiting to show you the newest, most fun and innovative way to see the Thames and enjoy the city of London from a new vantage point.

Formed in 2006 Thames Rockets was the first speedboat operator ever to set sail on the iconic river Thames, gaining our first award “Small Business of the Year” before the season was out. By 2007 we had been presented with the “Best New Tourist Attraction: Gold Award” from Visitlondon and been voted five stars by Timeout, London. Last year we proudly became the number #1 ‘activity to do in London’ on Tripadvisor as a direct result of our valued passengers taking to the web to rave about their experience. Most recently we were entered into the “Hall of Fame” after receiving our 5th consecutive “Certificate of Excellence” year on year – so you see, there really is no stopping us.

Our hand picked award winning guides are on hand to keep the banter flowing. Not only are they stand up comedians by night – they’re also closet history buffs and love nothing more than to share their knowledge of the weird and wonderful world of the Thames. Then it’s time to ‘pull g’ as the Thames is eaten up by combined 630hp engines and we open up the throttles to an exhilarating 30 knots through Canary Wharf. A medley of classic feel-good tunes accompanies your action fuelled speed experience and there’s no holding back as we leave other tour boats bobbing behind in your wake.

Departing hourly from the London Eye and St Katharine Pier, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Suitable for young and old alike and great fun whatever the weather!
