The Ale Van Event Bars are a Buckinghamshire-based mobile bar and events company. We're proud to offer an exciting and adaptable drinks menu that includes a fine selection of locally sourced, independently produced and award winning real ale, cider, and craft lager. Our flagship bar The Ale Van is a mobile bar lovingly converted from a one-of-a-kind vintage VW Horse box. We also supply counter bars and large bar concepts complete with fast dispense draft systems for festivals and large events.
We poke, prod, sip and negotiate in order to get you the best products at the best price. Everything we stock is either locally sourced, independently produced or award winning. We only order direct from breweries, meaning our menu can accommodate the seasons, surroundings and, most importantly, your requirements!
Specialised drinks packages including welcome cocktails, table wine and toasting champagne provide quality drinks at excellent value.
Don't think The Ale Van will fit at your venue, or its an indoor event? Luckily we also love building bespoke bars for events - inside buildings, marquees or out in the open.
We are based in Buckinghamshire, but the joys of having a beer festival on wheels means we can come to you! We cater for any and all events throughout England, just tell us when and where you want us!

Great to deal with and awesome guys!
The guys were brilliant, very accommodating and worked with us to get the best for the event. Although our numbers weren't;t worth their while they were still very positive and would absolutely have them back. Highly recommend!!
Fantastic
These guys are amazing from start to finish. The drink prices are very reasonable as well. They can set up and take down very quickly and efficiently I was impressed especially with the amount of stuff they had to set up. I would definitely use them again highly recommended.
Super Service.
From the start to the end of our day the service from the boys were great, the service was wonderful. On time, very cheery, helpful, great customer service, very neat & tidy. They even helped going out looking for my little dog late at night as he done a runner, my little boy was soon found safe & well, so thanks boys for you help on the day.

A real highlight at our wedding
We invited James and his van to our wedding. It was amazing to be able to offer a number of great beers, my friends have been raving about it ever since. The bar staff were really nice and efficient. We used the van outside the venue during the day and then the counter service setup within the marquee. Would definitely recommend.
