About The Big Cheese
Established in 2015 The Big Cheese was formed by two close friends Marcus & Fergus both being avid skiers and foodies we both craved some of the great alpine food we would have on our skiing adventures. After months of research and development and trying an awful lot of cheese, we started to work with a very select few artisanal producers from three mountain regions (Savoie, Haute Savoie and the Vallée d'Aoste) in France, we started importing the products to the UK to be sold at local markets, corporate events, festivals, food shows, weddings and sporting events throughout the South East of England.
Whether we are creating boutique or large-scale experiences for private parties or corporate events our impeccable standard will always remain. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and personal touches, we can cater for events of all sizes and will adapt the set up and menu to your needs.
We have a friendly and professional team of chefs and event management staff ready to take the stress away from your event. For large events we would be happy to arrange a tasting and a site visit to go over the plan of action. So, whatever the occasion, tell us your plans and let us create an experience for you and your guests...
