The Bistro Pod

The Bistro Pod is a mobile, outdoor catering specialist based in York. We do one thing and do it well, and that’s hot dogs. From our little silver Bistro Pod, we serve up the finest hot dogs this side of New York. Using pork from outdoor-bred British welfare pigs, our hotdogs are naturally smoked with beech wood and delicately flavoured with select herbs and spices. It’s taken time to perfect, but we’ve cracked it. Our hot dog is a perfect balance of the right sausage and the right bread. Delicious on its own, or add your choice of toppings including pastrami, sauerkraut and cheese.

From as little as 30 up to 300 or more, we cater for private parties, weddings and corporate events. You can also catch us at some of the finest food festivals and country shows that Yorkshire has to offer.
