1. I use only the best ingredients. For example, all my standard menus I only use Birds Bakery rolls and I slow cook all my sandwich meats - no shop bought processed meats are used in any of my adult menus

2. I make lots of my savouries myself, fresh on the day of the event itself. This includes my cupcake quiches, mini pizzas and of course my cupcakes

3. I have a passion for good quality, honest, non-pretentious food - everything I do is what I would do for my loved ones and I feel this makes the food I do taste better!

4. I am conscious about plastic waste - 99% my food is delivered in reusable plastic lidded containers - so not only is this helping the planet but keeps your buffet the freshest it can be

5. Because I do make everything from scratch I can cater for every dietary requirement from nut, dairy and gluten free to offering a complete bespoke service where you can dictate everything you like and don't like - I'm happy to accommodate even the choosiest of guests
