We deliver and set up for your special day by providing beautiful china tea sets and all your requirements for an afternoon tea. This includes cake tiers, tea pots, tableware, floral decorations. You can have as little or as much as you wish to make your room, or venue, look stunning for your guests.
We can provide china hire with or without food. We offer sandwiches, scones, cakes or buffet style food. We can add room decorations, sweet table, cup cake stands. All you need to do is ask and we will source for you.
We take the pressure away and leave you time to enjoy your special day.

Faultless service and stunning display (and food)
We couldn't have wished for a better event from Bev and The China Teacup. In the run up the communication was thorough and professional, and on the day the impeccable service continued. The display on our arrival in our barn was just what we had hoped, with mismatched crockery and flowers and tiers of delicious cakes and sandwiches interspersed across the gorgeously decorated tables. Throughout service the team were attentive to our guests and a cup or glass was rarely empty and the seemingly neverending flow of food from the kitchen appeared as quickly as it was devoured! After everyone had dispersed, the team cleared away their accouterments and ensured the space was spotless. I would highly recommend Bev and The China Tea Cup.
