The Coffee Vagabond is focused on bringing amazing coffee to events. Speciality grade coffees, delcious teas and cheeky bake or two to wrap it up - your favourite local coffee shop wherever you need it.

EMF Camp 2024 - Double Machine 4.5m frontage - 1200+ drinks a day

Internal bar setup - Self contained requiring only power. Can require a footprint as small as 1.5sqm

Setup from Stonedead 2022 - 3m frontage with 2 machines inside. Capacity for 1000+ drinks a day

For events where quick setup and breakdown is required. 1 Machine - 100-300 drinks per day

It doesn't make it taste better, but it does look good

Coffee Bars

About The Coffee Vagabond

Bringing the experience of running a successful coffee shop for 6 years, adding to a history of event management, and before that catering management, our goal is to output the highest quality with cheerful service and a real commitment to the total coffee shop experience in any environment.

We are able to cater to dietary requests including Gluten-free and Vegan, alongside strict adherence to allergen requirements.

Typical Clients

We've provided high quality-high output coffee bars at EMF Camp, Stonedead Festival Midlands' Whisky Festival, Love Cheese Festival to name a few, we've also provided coffee services at Download Artist area, Bloodstock Festival and Bestival North.

Large events aren't our only specialty - we've also brought coffee into offices for companies as a staff treat and popped up at craft fairs and local markets.

Depending on the event we can bring 1 machine or multiple setups, bars, standalone counters, gazebos and between.
