Hello and welcome to The Dawdling Duck, the South East's most unique, coolest, quirkiest mobile bar!
The Dawdling Duck is a stunning horsebox which has been restored and converted into a fully functioning bar, supplying events, parties and weddings in and around the London & South East area. We are fully licenced, and can set up as a general bar, cocktail bar, prosecco bar or gin bar. We can also provide a dry bar service with a range of non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks.
The Dawdling Duck is also suitable for indoor venues, marquees and the popular Tipi. But if it can't be fitted at your venue we have our Duckling, a fully mobile go anywhere Vintage bar, which is available with all the same Duck packages.
We understand that every event, party and wedding is unique and therefore our packages are by no means fixed, and will be made bespoke to fit your party plans. Reception drinks, table wine and special drinks requests are easily arranged.
Our packages include a number of all-inclusive options as well as a traditional pay bar with our prices reflecting those found on the high street.
All of our packages include everything you need to make everything hassle free for you. Your bubbles will be chilled, your cocktails freshly mixed, and the bar stocked with a wide and popular choice to ensure your event is a hit. We supply the glasses, the ice, the staff and impeccable service. We can also offer gluten free and vegan options, and our selection of soft drinks goes beyond the usual offerings.

fantastic service could not fault them .
they provided every drink imaginable at my 40th birthday bash and made some fantastic cocktails they brought everything with them left it all clean and tidy so thank you again to alex and the team .

Communication with Alex, prior to our party was professional and responsive. The service on the day was fantastic. Very friendly staff. We had the horse box bar at the recommendation of Alex and it looked great. They even bought my favourite tipple as requested. Would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a reliable and professional service.

Alex and his team were a great help at our wedding. The weather was a bit unpredictable and leading up to the day the team were more than happy to help with last minute adjustments and clearly wanted to make sure everything was perfect. The set up of the portable bar was beautiful and blended nicely into our decorations. We had a lot of comments from guests about how friendly and approachable the staff were. There were a great selection of drinks and it was really useful that The Dawdling Duck were happy to provide all the drinks to go alongside the canapés and wedding breakfast too. Thanks so much!!

Alex was so professional and communication was excellent leading up to the event. He couldn't of been more helpful! The prices are very competitive too. I cannot recommend them highly enough! You will certainly have peace of mind when booking The Dawdling Duck.
