We create amazing afternoon teas that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Our afternoon tea includes: a wide selection of sandwiches, so everyone will be catered for (we also offer a vegetarian menu); scones, served with clotted cream and jam; and a selection of gourmet m desserts. As standard we also supply disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. We can also provide a full china service, for an additional cost, if required.
Menu:-
Sandwiches - Lancashire cheese with caramelised onion, Ham with Dijon mustard mayonnaise, Chicken salad, Egg and cress, Salmon and dill, Cucumber and cream cheese
Scones - a mixture of plain and currant (we can also included rose and lemon scones if requested)
Desserts - 4 desserts per guest. The desserts change daily, but are always a mixture of cakes, and pastries, with flavours for everyone.

Fab all round
We hired Fab Patisserie to provide tea/coffee and biscuits for our 60 guests at our AGM. Renne was nothing short of amazing, friendly, approachable and professional. So much so that our guests thought she was a member of our organization! Would highly recommend their services.

The perfect afternoon tea party!
I organised this event as a surprise 70th birthday party for my mum with friends and family. We all had the most wonderful afternoon. Renee was always prompt and helpful with communication before the event. Her and her team were punctual and efficient on the day. She hand prepared the most delicious and pretty looking afternoon tea with a wide selection of sandwiches, 4 different types of scones and many different patisseries and cakes. In fact there was so much food that we even had left overs! The guests were all really impressed. In addition to this, Renee was so friendly and approachable and her service was effortless. Thankyou for such a memorable occasion Renee! We intend to make this a regular event from now on!
