The string quartet for all occasions! The Finishing Touch String Quartet is a highly experienced professional string quartet that has been performing together for over twenty years. Based in Sussex, Berkshire and London, let us provide the 'finishing touch' to your wedding, party or corporate event, or why not book your very own concert!

The string quartet is a versatile ensemble, so you can be sure that we will perform a selection of music that is enjoyed by all. With over one hundred arrangements, whether you are looking to provide background music for your wedding, party or corporate event, or want to invite your friends to your very own concert, we will provide you with music that you can sit back and enjoy!

The Finishing Touch String Quartet will provide the perfect atmosphere for your wedding. Having performed live-music for numerous wedding and civil ceremonies over many years, we will be able to discuss with you your choice of music and liaise with the Registrar, Toastmaster and Clergy to ensure the perfect day. Typically we play as guests arrive and before the commencement of the ceremony, perform a selected piece during the bride's entrance and provide the perfect musical accompaniment for the Signing of the Register. We can also follow-on and play for your Wedding Reception and Wedding Breakfast.

Before the day we will discuss with you your choice of repertoire, and although most people enjoy a selection of well known classical pieces, we can perform a wide variety of genres including modern day hits. If we have not performed a piece before we will make an arrangements especially for you!
