The Firebird Oven

We are award-winning artisan bakers who specialise in providing 100% sourdough pizzas, hand-stretched in front of your guests and baked at 400 degrees in our beautiful vintage trailer. We use only high quality, ethically and locally sourced ingredients and everything we use is handmade as far as possible. With several years in the artisan baking industry, we hand make our dough over three days - using only our wild-yeast starter and three single ingredients - flour, water and salt. This ensures the highest quality and perfectly-crusted pizza!

Our vintage-style oven is incredibly unique, and definitely turns heads wherever it goes. It provides a stunning backdrop to any event and when it gets dark and our fairy lights and lanterns are shining out, it creates a lovely atmosphere for any occasion.

In addition to Pizza we can also provide Salads, Focaccia, Slow-roast Meat Brioche Rolls and Antipasti platters depending on the requirements of your event. We are also able to cater for most dietary requirements including veggie, vegan, gluten-free etc. If you have any special requests we will always do our very best to provide for them.

We love catering for private parties and wedding receptions as well as small festivals and we are happy to travel nationwide.
