The Fizz Queen

The Fizz Queen is a horsebox which has been converted into a Prosecco, Beer and Cocktail Bar,. The box itself is a unique, quirky and fabulous addition to any event, plus it is run by experienced mixologists who are passionate about their job and the products that we sell.

I chose a horse box because I grew up in the North Wales countryside and love anything that reminds me of home. I chose a bar because I have been working in the hospitality industry for many years, managing a cocktail bar in Manchester, and of course love a tipple myself now and again!

We sell Prosecco fresh from the bottle, Italian beer, Gin cocktails, Prosecco cocktails and non-alcoholic cocktails. We are a fully equipped bar and are staffed with well-trained bartenders.

You design your menu and theme and we are flexible to meet your needs.
