Our inspiration came from a trip to Florence, where we fell in love with these sandwiches, and questioned why we couldn't get anything like them in the UK! Using our catering experience and seizing this gap in the market, we have worked hard to create a menu that offers something for everyone, taking inspiration from these little Italian sandwich shops, and the thriving London street food scene.

The Focaccia and Co. attended our All in the Mind Festival, a family friendly arts and mental health festival in Basingstoke. They arrived on time, had minimal fuss setting up, were very self sufficient and the staff were friendly and approachable. They provided a great service throughout the day and left the site leaving no trace. The food was fantastic, I personally recommend the halloumi fries and peanut butter brownie! We were so happy with their service that we have invited them to attend the festival again next year and the date is in their calendar!
A bit hit at our event
We had The Focaccia Company at our annual village festival and they were amazing. Super friendly team and delicious food. I have had nothing but good reviews from all our festival attendees. Great value for money. The booking process and communication with Paul and Charlotte before the event was also excellent. I will definately recommend to people and hppefully they will return to our event next year.
