Our succulent cod is sourced from sustained Icelandic waters, line caught, and served skinless and boneless. We only use freshly chipped Maris Pipers potatoes for our crisp, golden and delicious chips. We also serve freshly battered halloumi, 100% pork sausages and some really great vegan options too such as vegan sausages and tofu wrapped in nori (seaweed sheets) then freshly battered! So, all of your guests will be able to enjoy something! Absolutely everything on the menu is cooked to perfection and, as fresh as it possibly can be, giving your guests crispy batter and piping hot chips!
Our self contained, ultra clean, vehicles are able to travel to any event, large or small, to cook fresh, succulent fish, chips and vegetarian options, be it a party, wedding, birthday, anniversary, or any type of corporate function. We also cater for sporting events, charity events, school fetes, village carnivals, crew catering and larger festivals. The Frying Squad serve in London, Surrey, Kent, The Home Counties and beyond. We just love catering at everyone’s happy occasions!
We are extremely proud of the fact we were the first caterers to bring battered halloumi to market in London and beyond, having no idea of the phenomenon it would become. We are absolutely thrilled everyone else loves the idea too.....It seems to appear on an awful lot of fish and chip shop menus today! We use 100% biodegradable cutlery and boxes to serve our food in and use sustainably sourced cod, keeping our ecological footprint to a minimum when serving your guests.

Excellent!
The Frying Squad were excellent from start to finish. Well organised, great communication and very accommodating. We found all the staff friendly & helpful and the food was excellent. Our guests gave great feedback. Would highly recommend.

Great Food and Great Service
This is the first time we had booked the Frying Squad to provide a lunch treat for our staff. We received so many compliments; many said it was the best fish and chips they have tasted for a long while! They provided several meal options and the fried halloumi was a hit fish/meat-free option. The team were so friendly and professional. We would definitely recommend them and we all look forward to the next staff lunch!
Brilliant service
We booked The Frying Squad for our monthly catering service for our office, and it was amazing.
