Beautifully restored to the highest standard, our 1980's vintage Rice horse trailer, otherwise known as The Gin Tin, is a fully stocked mobile Gin Bar.
With quirky vintage touches, we can assure you that The Gin Tin will be a showstopper and get your party started. We believe that some events only deserve the best, so our drinks menu has been handpicked with the finest flavours to ensure perfection.
The Gin Tin is based in Retford, Nottinghamshire. Not local? Don't worry, The Gin Tin has wheels!
Typical Clients
We cater for a variety of events at The Gin Tin. From weddings to garden parties and everything in between. Nothing is too big or too small for us. Although gin is in our name, we don't just do gin! We are more than happy to customise our menu to your taste. The Gin Tin naturally complements country style events but we can easily change decorative features according to customers chosen theme or preference.

Fantastic Bar, very professional!
Martin was brilliant. The bar looked fantastic and drinks were reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. Would highly recommend and will bear in mind for our next event.

From start to finish, the Gin Tin were absolutely brilliant. From the organisation in the lead up to the wedding to the wedding itself, Martin and Caroline were the perfect addition to our special day. The Gin Tin was such a hit with our guests too- so many comments about it. The bar itself was beautifully decorated and fit perfectly within the theme for the day. Would highly recommend! We can't rave about the Gin Tin enough!
We had the Gin Tin over a 2 day event and couldn't have asked for better. From day one communication was excellent and they even made a couple of site visits ensuring they knew exactly what we wanted. They liased with other vendors at the event and made it so easy for us! Everyone raved about the Gin Tin and were impressed with the service. They were the best bit of our event!!
