The Grazing Brew Box ensures a unique and memorable drinks experience with friendly, personalised service. We offer various options for your events; dry hire of just our horsebox trailer, cash bar, complimentary bar – you name it. We are not tied to a format either, Full Bar service, an authentic Gin Bar, Champagne, Craft Lager, it’s your choice.
We also have an indoor bar option which we can offer to our clients.
Located in Shropshire, UK, The Grazing Brew Box will ensure all of your guests are happy and well watered no matter what kind of event you are holding.
We can offer some great discounts on pre-paid drinks packages too, we would love to hear what ideas you have and we can build on that too. The more creative and unusual the better!
FULL BAR SERVICE
This includes all the usual beverages that you would find at a traditional bar serving cocktails, wines, spirits, ciders, beers, ales and soft drinks. We would ask you in the lead up to your event any preferences you have.
DRY HIRE
Dry hire is where only the horsebox, equipment & staff are hired, this suits venues where they prefer to sell their own alcohol perfectly. Drinks would be provided by the customer. You may still want our beautiful horsebox sited as part of your wedding or event even if the venue already have an existing bar.
Grazing is a great way to feed your guests, either at home, at a corporate event, Christening, wedding or any occasion where you want to get the wow factor while feeding your guests well! Grazing tables beautiful way of eating which allows you and your guests to graze and nibble away at a table of delicious, good quality food whilst socialising and removing that awkwardness of formal eating at your events.
It is always a really big talking point for guests who will always remember your gorgeous display of food!

Perfect in every way!
Highly recommend, the bar was amazing a real talking point. The canapés and drinks and desserts were gorgeous. They went above and beyond with service and worked so hard, nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. Tracey and Hayley made the whole process leading up to our wedding so easy and even helped us with furniture and glassware hire. Will defo use for our next event thanks guys xx
The most fantastic pizza, such helpful staff!
Cannot fault this business whatsoever, they were super helpful from the very beginning especially as we had a couple of wedding guests with allergies such as onion/garlic, and nuts, so needed some specific variations on pizzas and canapés, but nothing seemed to be too much trouble and the communication was amazing. All of our guests raved about the food, and on the day the staff were so friendly, smiley and professional - even with everyone milling around as they do at weddings, the staff seamlessly worked around the guests in and out of our marquee. The Percy Pizza van is such a cool addition to any wedding, especially if you want a more relaxed atmosphere on the day like we did. Great value for money, stunning food, spectacular service!

Tracey and the team were great! The service was brilliant and they were also great even when the card machine system went down (across the world - really nothing they could have done), but you wouldn’t have even noticed and they took it all in their stride. We used the pour horse for a brunch the morning after the wedding too and this was beautifully presented and delicious. We’d 100% use them again and recommend them to others.
Great Food!
Pour horse delivered a 20-person to us at a night-before-the-wedding party. The food arrived bang on time and everyone was impressed - not only with the quantity of food but the quality of everything on the board. The produce was all amazing and there was enough variety for everyone. Would strongly recommend!
