About The Inn Box

Here at The Inn Box we attend all manner of events, large or small, public, private or corporate. Weddings, parties, fetes or celebrations.

We operate throughout the Yorkshire area and we can provide a quote to travel to you anywhere in the country. Distance really is no object.

“We hired The Inn Box for a 30th birthday celebration in Dorset and the service was brilliant. The converted horse trailer looked amazing and was decorated so nicely. The team were professional and nothing was too much bother. Great communication prior to the event and the drinks were tailored exactly to meet our needs. Stepped in at the last minute, fantastic people!!!

Steve & Kate stepped in at the last minute as we had been let down. They organised everything for us & the communication was fantastic. They were great hosts, the mobile bar was brilliant and the service exceptional, everything I ask for. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much for making my daughters wedding perfect.

Brilliant company

Nothing but professional from start to finish, so friendly Steve and Kate are great and their bar team are fantastic. Great communication throughout and really made everyone feel so welcome highly recommend for any type of booking

AMAZING!

Me and my new wife can not thank “The Inn Box” for providing us with fantastic staff and an unforgettable night. From a stunning horse box bar to such helpful staff they went above and beyond to ensure we had a night that we will never forget. The inn box helped make our wedding night so special and we will never forget that.

Fantastic in every way!

The Inn Box were delightful

The Inn Box provided bar services to during the day to Artisans By The River and the Rain or Shine theatre production in the evening of Sunday 24th June in Lymington, Hampshire. Excellent pre-event communication. The Inn Box was a fabulous addition to our event and would highly recommend to anyone.
